Damages and Returns
Damaged items -
If you recieve an item that has been damaged during shipping please email us immediately at StarrTikiMugs@gmail.com
Please hold onto the box and all packing materials
Returns -
If there was a mistake made with your order let us know at StarrTikiMugs@gmail.com and we will do what we can to fix the issue. If a mistake was made on our part we will replace or return the item.
Cancelations -
You may request to cancel your order at any time PRIOR to shipping. If you would like to cancel your order after it has shipped you will need to ship the item back to us at your cost. Once we receive the undamaged item we will issue a refund.
Privacy -
We do not save your personal or payment information nor do we distribute anyone’s personal information for any reason. All transactions are done safely through Paypal.
